Here are a few shots from Baylor’s Chinese New Year celebration.

The final project in my field production class was due on April 30th. It was a short film that my group had been working on since January. We had finished filming on April 28th and were finishing editing the night of the 29th. I left my house to have dinner with my parents and, while I was gone, had set the project to copy from one hard drive to another.

While I was gone, two guys broke into the house. They made off with 4 laptops, 5 cameras, and our sense of security. They ripped my computer out of the wall while the short film was backing up. Luckily, they didn’t steal the hard drives and we were able to finish the film to turn in the following morning.

Here it is, for your enjoyment (and critique). Ruse.

Last month I went to Las Vegas to work at the National Association of Broadcasters annual convention. Each spring, Sony hires students to work on the convention center floor. This year, Jon managed to rent out a Sony HVR-V1U from his product manager. Unknown to our professors and Sony executives, a group of us hit the strip to test out the new camera.

All of Central Texas went to their closets to pray in preparation for the Second Coming yesterday. This is what they saw. Story

The dorm I lived in my freshman year was demolished last summer. I spent 12 hours shooting the demolition one day. This is a compilation of still pictures I took of the south wing coming down.
